1. Click to select a subject and/or a learning support.

2. Click Generate Matrix to view a page of results

3. A sample Matrix might look like this:

1. Highlight one or more subjects from the Available Subjects box (left side of page) then click the single right arrow button to move them to the Subjects to Display box (right side of page). If you want to choose more than one subject, hold down the Control button while you click. If you want to unselect a subject, click its name in the Subjects to Display box, then click the single left arrow.

2. Highlight one or more learning supports from the Available Learning Supports box (left side of page) then click the right arrow button to move them to the Learning Supports to Display box (right side of page). If you want to choose more than one learning support, hold down the Control button while you click. If you want to unselect a learning support, click its name in the Learning Supports to Display box, then click the single left arrow.

3. Click the Generate Matrix button to view your results. If you don’t specify — or click-on a subject and move it to the display box, your matrix will contain products for all subjects. If you don’t select any learning supports, your matrix will contain products for all learning supports. If you don’t select either a subject or a learning support, you will be asked to make at least one selection from either box.

To search for products by feature, click on the Find Product link at the top of the page, then choose to Search by Features. Once you’re on the Search by Feature page, you should do the following:

1. Highlight one or more features from the Available Features box (left side of page), then click the single right arrow button to move your chosen features to the Features to Search By box (right side of page). To select all features, you can click the double right arrow button. If you want to choose more than one feature, hold down the Control button while you click. If you want to unselect a feature, click its name in the Features to Search By box, then click the single left arrow. To unselect all features, click the double left arrow button.

Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to change the order in which products are displayed when the matrix is generated.

To search for and compare individual products, click on the Find Product link at the top of the page, then choose to search by Products. Once you’re on the Search by Product page, you should do the following:

1. Highlight one or more products from the Available Products box (left side of page), then click the single right arrow button to move them to the Products to Display box (right side of page). If you want to choose more than one product, hold down the Control button while you click. To select all products, you can click the double right arrow button. If you want to unselect a product, click its name in the Products to Display box, then click the single left arrow. To unselect all products, click the double left arrow button.

If none of the available listed products are familiar to you, you can search the TechMatrix by either subject or learning support. To do this, click to select a subject, a learning support, or both from the pulldown lists shown on the page.

Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to change the order in which products are displayed when the matrix is generated.

2. Click the Generate Matrix button to view your results.

1. Click the Optimize Matrix View button to optmize the Matrix view.
2. To scroll through the products, click the arrows on the top right of the Matrix or use the scrollbar at the bottom of the Matrix. (Note: these elements won't appear on the page if all the products of your Matrix can be displayed on your screen)

3. To scroll through the features use the scrollbar on the right side of the Matrix.

Once you have created a matrix, you can still add or remove products and features from the ones that are displayed.

To remove a product from the matrix you are viewing, click the "x", or close button in the product's heading.

To remove a feature from the matrix you are viewing, click the "x", or close button in the feature's heading.

Using the Display/Hide Features and Display/Hide Products buttons, you can restore features or products that you have already removed from a matrix, or add new ones to review.

To access the Display/Hide Features function, click on the Display/Hide Features button shown on the left side of the matrix page. A pop-up box to manage your chosen features will then appear.

To add a feature to the matrix, highlight an item in the Available Features box (left side of page) then click the single right arrow button to move them to the Features to Search By box (right side of page). To select all features, you can click the double right arrow button. If you want to choose more than one feature, hold down the Control button while you click. If you want to unselect a feature, click its name in the Features to Search By box, then click the single left arrow. To unselect all features, click the double left arrow button.

When ready to update the matrix with your changes, click the OK button.

When ready to update the matrix with your changes, click the OK button.
